1. How do I register for Partner Rewards?

Your registration can be completed online.  To register you must be a past laser surgery patient of Auckland Eye and you will need to have your Partner Rewards number available. When you register you will be prompted to accept the Terms & Conditions of the Partner Rewards programme. 

2. What is my Partner Rewards number?

Your Partner Rewards number is a 5 or 6 digit number that allows us to track your referrals and allocate points against your name. Your Partner Rewards number is written on the back of the Partner Rewards cards that were sent to you to provide to your interested friends and family.  

3. What if I have lost my Partner Rewards number?

If you have lost your Partner Rewards number please call 0800 NEW EYES and speak with someone from our helpful laser team.

4. What happens to the Partner Rewards cards I give to friends and family?

Partner Rewards cards are for your friends and family to bring into Auckland Eye when they come into see us for a free laser eye assessment. Every time a person brings a Partner Rewards card with your number written on it, you will receive either Partner Rewards points or movie tickets depending on whether your referred person has surgery.

5. Am I eligible to register for the Partner Rewards programme?

You must be a past laser eye surgery patient of Auckland Eye to be eligible to register for the Partner Rewards programme. All past laser patients are automatically enrolled and will be sent an information pack that will explain how it works. 

6. What if I did not receive a Partner Rewards information pack in the mail?

Partner Rewards packs will be sent out to all past laser eye surgery patients following surgery. Rewards packs are sent out to the address you provided at the time of your surgery. If we do not have an your up to date address, your pack may have gone missing. To request an information pack please call 0800 NEW EYES or email us at partnerrewards@aucklandeye.co.nz

7. What rewards do my Partner Rewards points entitle me to?

A full list of all the rewards available to redeem can be viewed online here.  Every reward is allocated to a set number of Partner Rewards points, you will need the same amount of points in order to redeem the reward. 

8. Can I check my points?

You will need to login online to view your most up to date points balance. Once logged in you can choose whether to redeem a reward of your choice or save up your points to redeem a reward requiring a higher points balance.

9. How can I redeem my Partner Rewards points for rewards?

To redeem your Partner Rewards points for rewards, first login and then click on the Redeem rewards button. You'll be able to see how many Partner Rewards points you have once you are logged on. Browse all the rewards and select the reward you would like to redeem with your Partner rewards points. Alternatively, you can redeem by calling us on 0800 NEW EYES and we'll be happy to process your order for you.
 
Reward redemptions will be awarded according to stock availability. If unavailable, you will be notified and required to make another choice.  See terms &conditions for full details on redemption criteria.

10. I have forgotten my password, what should I do?

Simply go online, click on 'forgotten your password' and type in your registered email address. The system will automatically email you your password.

11. Can I redeem multiple rewards?

Yes. With your points , you can either apply for one big reward or use your points across a number of smaller rewards. You can keep earning points so once you have received a reward you can start again and set your sights on getting enough points for another reward.

12. What happens if I refer a person who does not get laser eye surgery

For every person you refer for Laser eye surgery you will receive two complimentary movie tickets. If your referred person does not go onto have Laser eye surgery you will not be allocated any points

13. How do I earn Partner Rewards points?

Partner Rewards points are earnt by referring your friends and family for Laser eye surgery. Your referred person must have laser eye surgery for any points to be allocated. You will receive 50 points for every person you refer who has one eye treated and 100 points for every person you refer who has two eyes treated. If your referred person comes in for a laser assessment but does not go through with laser eye surgery you will not be given any points, but will instead receive two complimentary movie tickets.

14. Can I request more Partner Rewards cards?

Yes, if you require more Partner Rewards cards to give to friends and family, please contact our friendly team on 0800 NEW EYES or alternatively email us on partnerrewards@aucklandeye.co.nz 

15. Does the rewards selection change?

Yes, rewards will change depending on availability and as products become out of date and better ones are introduced. New rewards will appear online on a regular basis so keep checking the site to see the latest rewards available.

16. Can I exchange my points for cash?

No, Partner Rewards points are not transferable for cash. You must use your points to redeem from our list of available rewards

17. Can I combine my points with someone else?

No, Partner Rewards points are not transferable to any other person. 

18. Do my Partner rewards points expire?

Yes your Partner Rewards points will expire 48 months from the date they were allocated

19. Do I need to redeem my complimentary movie tickets?

No, your Movie tickets will be sent out to you automatically every time a referred person has a free laser assessment but does not go on to have laser eye surgery. Please make sure we have your up to date contact details and address by registering yourself online.
 

Terms & conditions

1. Partner Rewards is only open to past laser eye surgery patients of Auckland Eye.
2. Partner Rewards bonus movie tickets will be allocated to past patients and their referred friends or family member who undergo a free laser eye assessment at Auckland Eye and who present the individually numbered Partner Rewards cards at the time of their appointment.
3. Partner Rewards points will be allocated to past patients that refer friends or family who go on to successfully undergo laser eye surgery on both eyes at Auckland Eye and who have presented the individually numbered Partner Rewards cards in advance of their appointment.
4. Partner Reward redemptions can only be requested online and must be accompanied with a correctly completed online redemption form including name, physical delivery address, contact details and Partner Rewards number.
5. The Partner Rewards programme awards 50 points for each eye treated i.e for every referral where a person has both eyes treated 100 Partner Rewards points will be allocated, for every referral where a person only has one eye treated, 50 Partner Rewards points will be allocated
6. Partner Reward points are not transferable to any other person or for cash.
7. The Partner Reward programme allows for multiple rewards to be claimed.
8. Based on demand at time of redemption, rewards are subject to availability at time of request. Auckland Eye will undertake to keep reward items current, however should a reward item be unavailable another reward item may be chosen or the submitted points will be reallocated to your cumulative Partner Rewards points total.
9. Once redemption has been made the submitted Partner Rewards points will be deducted from your cumulative Partner Rewards points total. Please note Partner Reward points will expire 24 months from the date of allocation.
10. The Partner Reward programme includes free delivery of the reward to any address in New Zealand. Please ensure that the delivery address specified in this redemption will be suitable for weekday courier delivery requiring signature.
11. Please allow approximately 30 business days once Auckland Eye receives correctly completed redemption information for delivery of your Partner Reward redemption item.
12. Please choose carefully when redeeming your Partner Reward points as submissions of redemption are final, no exchanges will be accepted.
13. Auckland Eye accepts no responsibility for product quality and warranty for the redeemed rewards.
14. Auckland Eye nor any other person or party associated with the promotion shall be liable for any loss or damaged or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the programme.
15. Auckland Eye reserves the right to extend, change or conclude the programme at any time without notice, should circumstances dictate.
16. Auckland Eye as the organiser of the programmes decision is final on all matters to this programme and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. All Partner Reward information becomes the property of Auckland Eye.
18. Participation in the Partner Rewards programme implies full acceptance of all the terms and conditions of the programme.
