Age Related Macula Degeneration (AMD) - newly diagnosed patients

The study compares two types of anti-Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (anti-VEGF) injection treatments to the eye.

Inclusion Criteria:

  • No previous treatment for AMD
  • Best corrected visual acuity of 6/9.5 to 6/96

Exclusion Criteria:

  • Eye surgery in the last three months (e.g. cataracts, laser, lid surgery etc)
